Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location within New Zealand:
- North Island: 2-5 business days
- South Island: 3-7 business days
International Shipping We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7-21 business days. Customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
